Privacy boundary, terms and payments
StayInThailand is currently an anonymous planning product. Personal intake, marketing signup, document upload and paid checkout are disabled until the operator’s verified legal identity, postal address and direct contact details can be published.

Do not submit personal data
The public workspace does not ask for a name, email address, passport number or document upload. Route answers and checklist state are stored locally in the user’s browser. Users should not place personal information in URLs or browser-shared data.
Operational infrastructure
The site is delivered through Vercel and reads published route content from Supabase. Those infrastructure providers may process ordinary technical request logs for delivery and security. StayInThailand’s own intake and product-event endpoint is paused during legal launch review.
Controller identity gate
The operator’s legal name, postal address and direct privacy contact are not yet published. For that reason, the site does not invite or accept personal enquiries and cannot lawfully launch customer accounts or checkout. This page must be replaced with a complete Article 13 notice before those features are activated.
Automated decisions
The route finder produces a preparation signal from answers kept in the browser. It does not make a legal decision, submit an application or predict approval.
Local-data removal
Workspace data can be removed by clearing site data for stayinthailand.guide in the browser. No server request is required.
Workspace terms
StayInThailand provides independent planning tools and general information. It is not affiliated with the Royal Thai Government, a Thai embassy, BOI or the official e-Visa portal. It does not provide legal representation and does not guarantee eligibility, approval, processing time, admitted stay or entry.
The user is responsible for truthful information, genuine documents, the official account, government fees and final submission. Never share an official-portal password, payment-card details or a false document with any preparation service.
Requirements can change and authorities may request additional evidence or an interview. Visible verification dates show when the product data was last checked; the live official source always controls.
Payments and refunds
No payment is currently collected through this site, so there is currently no purchase to cancel or refund. Final consumer terms, cancellation rights, fulfilment scope and operator identity must be published before checkout is enabled.
